Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Atlas Bridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
Atlas Bridge provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for solar project management, including:
- • Solar project opportunity analysis and feasibility studies
- • System design and optimization tools
- • Financial modeling and investment analysis
- • Project management and collaboration features
- • Performance monitoring and reporting
User Responsibilities
As a user of Atlas Bridge, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Use the services only for lawful and legitimate solar projects
- • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
- • Not interfere with or disrupt our services
- • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payment Terms
Subscription Fees: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during subscription setup.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and purchase orders for qualifying enterprise customers.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day free trial. After trial initiation, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of billing.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Intellectual Property
Our Property: Atlas Bridge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of project data and other content you upload to our platform. You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve our services.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We will not sell, share, or disclose your project data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience planned or unplanned maintenance periods.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, including data loss or project delays.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, you will lose access to the services and we will delete your data within 30 days unless required to retain it by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
